I am sick of newspaper reporters using bad grammar. Like:
Blues Congratulates Players after Stunning Performance.
It should be
Blue Congratulates Players ...
or
Blues Congratulate Players ...
Words are their job. If a sportsperson plays badly, they get under fire because sport is their job.
If a news reporter uses words badly, they don't get under fire, but they do their job badly.
Ideas? Thoughts?
